Dog License

Dogs are required to be licensed annually, with updated proof of rabies vaccination. Dogs running at large will be kenneled and the owner charged a $25 fee. FEES: neutered and spayed: $3, non-neutered or non-spayed $8

Building Permits

Permits are required for all new construction, building alterations, accessory buildings, concrete work, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC mechanical work. Permits are also required for signs, fences, and swimming pools over 5,000 gallons.

Permits are not required for windows, siding and roofing.

Building permits are available at City Hall. We require that you allow at least 48 hours for your permit to be approved before starting your projects
